HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

HOW MUCH NOTICE IS NEEDED TO PLACE AN ORDER?
We accept orders with 3 day advance notice.

HOW DO I ORDER FAMILY-STYLE CATERING?
We recommend 4-5 items for a group of 15-20 people, 6-8 items for 20-30 people, and 9-11 items for 30-40 people.

For a group of more than 40 people, we recommend that you contact us for a custom order.

DO YOU OFFER PICK-UP OR DELIVERY?
Yes! Both pick-up and delivery are available daily beginning at 10:00am.

WHEN IS CATERING AVAILABLE?
We offer catering services 7 days a week from 10:00am to 8:30pm.

HOW DO I MAKE A CHANGE TO AN EXISTING ORDER?
You can make changes to your order until 24 hours before your pickup time.

HOW MUCH IS THE FEE FOR DELIVERY?
A $25 delivery fee is applied to all delivery orders within an 18 mile delivery radius, regardless of the order size. Deliveries farther than 18 miles away will incur additional delivery fees.

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
No cancelation fee for orders canceled within 24 hours of order completion. A 50% refund of the order total is offered for orders cancelled within 24 hours or less of the pick-up or delivery time.

HOW CAN I PLACE A TAX-EXEMPT ORDER?
We offer tax-exempt orders. Please email us with your tax-exempt document for our accounting team to review. Please allow up to 5 business days for approval.

ARE YOU ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE DIETARY RESTRICTIONS OR ALLERGIES?
We do make every effort to accommodate, however we are unable to accommodate all allergies or restrictions. Please contact us with your specific questions.

DO PLATES AND UTENSILS COME WITH ORDERS?
We provide serving utensils at no cost to all orders. For plates and cutlery, we offer them at $0.25 per set.

DO YOU OFFER FULL SERVICE CATERING?
Unfortunately we do not offer full service catering at the moment.
